It’s Time to SHINE for His GLORY!

This morning Heaven put on my heart to send this message to a few people on Whatsapp… and then to share this here for You!

Let’s turn up our dimmer switches on the inside and superglue them on MAX STRENGTH to SHINE our light as bright as heaven desires. So others see all the brightness of our good works and glorify the ONE true LIGHT in us! As we were all born to SHINE TODAY in and for His GLORY! Amen! 😎😇 P.S. Tomorrow morning when you wake do this again as it’s a new dimmer with every new day!

Just after I did this I was going through my emails… and was led to the title of the email as… “Are You in or Out?”

Once I opened this email this is what the LORD wanted me to hear and see from His perspective… I hope and pray this is a blessing to you too as you choose to receive all He has for You “With your name on it!” in this LIFE and the next!

We jump on every opportunity we can within reason.
Uh because I know that you know the Lord is working on our behalf when we’re doing it.
So we take care of the things that he asks to take care of and he keeps doing more than we can ask, think or imagine in our own natural strength.
So for us, every time a door opens and someone says, “Would you serve here? Can you help here?” For me, I feel like it’s I mean it’s a that’s a pretty easy trade-off.
Welcome to this week’s Wealthbuilders podcast where we have got one of our very favourite guest Colin Carr.
Colin, welcome.
Always a privilege to be with you.
We are so blessed.
He’s so busy.
I just want to say him in April.
And I’m just amazed how much time that anytime we ask you to be a part of this that you guys say yes.
So, thank you for that.
Yeah, it’s an honour.
You know, um the Lord actually gave April and I a word recently because there’s some really interesting dynamics to the season that we’re in right now.
That actually go back to when we were in Bible college in 2006, 7, and 8.
And for some people that have heard my story, that second year of Bible college, I could only work three and a half four hours a day.
And the Lord gave us really specific words about us bringing the minimal number of of the equivalent of our loaves and fish to the Lord and letting him multiply it and the fact that he could do more in 3 hours in a day than I could do in 10 or 15 hours in a day.
And so this this has been one of the busiest seasons of our life.
But the Lord gave us a promise specifically that if our you know this is one where we have a part to play.
It wasn’t just like I’m going to do this regardless, but this idea that if if we will continue to seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and we’ll continue to put, you know, the the transformation, the heart of other people in front of our own if we would lay down our life for the service of others that he would take care of things financially and in our business beyond anything we could ever do.
And so there’s some some weeks where we have a full week and I can do a lot that I like to do and other days or weeks where I have a couple hours and the Lord just said I’ll take care of it for you.
And so for us if we have an opportunity to serve other people or serve ministries or serve people that we love dearly like wealthbuilders or Andrew Ministries, Charis Bible College, our our church legacy chapel, um we jump on every opportunity we can within reason uh because I know that you know the Lord is working on our behalf when we’re doing it.
So we take care of the things that he asks us to take care of.
And he keeps doing more than we could ask, think or imagine in our own natural strength.
So for us, every time a door opens and someone says, “Would you serve here? Can you help here for me, I feel like it’s I mean it’s a that’s a pretty easy trade-off.
We go love on people or, you know, do the best we can to encourage and help people.” And the Lord takes care of our business in a way that’s better than if I was taking care of it myself.
And that’s definitely been like the story.
It’s like you’ve got the fruit to show that, but that in itself, Colin, kind of takes faith and trust because the tendency, I mean, you guys are you’re definitely an entrepreneur.
You guys are very hardworking people, but to kind of say, you know what, I’m going to make this decision because the Lord said that.
And it seems like you guys aren’t even that tempted to like work your 15-our days anymore, which is very rare with your success.
we’ll end up in a 15 hour day, but it’ll be it’ll be ministry.
It’ll be serving people.
It’ll be counselling people.
Um the actual work portion it I mean I have days where I I can put in a full eight or 10 hours, but I also have days where I might only literally get two or three hours to do things during that day.
Um but again, I I I’m very aware of what is going to happen or can get accomplished in my natural ability and I’m looking for God’s super on the natural, not my natural.
So, there’s a lot of ways to say that, but I’ve seen what it looks like when the Lord does more than you could have ever done in your own natural strength and and with what we’re believing God for as far as the increase in our company and our investments and and things we that we put our hands to.
Um, I I want and I need the Lord’s favour and multiplication and blessing on it.
And I know that’s not going to come through my own ability.
So, we steward it the the most faithful that we can, right? Um, but I know that, you know, the the Lord is going to have to bring the harvest and bring the increase.
And if I’m looking for a 30, 60, or 100fold return, that’s not going to happen in the natural.
And so, uh, I I it’s honestly it’s it’s honestly even easier than you’d think it is because once you get in that flow and you watch him just continually over and over again show himself faithful on your behalf, y I mean, that’s the that’s the sweet spot.
That’s really cool because it’s kind of like you’ve crossed over into that way of thinking.
you’ve seen it.
Bill Bronchek was just uh here in a previous podcast and he was talking about that too.
It took him 15 years to get rid of the anxiety of things.
You know, we don’t that’s why we have Colin and Bill here to help you not do that.
But um when you were talking, Colin just now the Lord was just saying this is humility and you’re very confident.
you know, you you speak the truth um which is confidence in the Lord, but what you just described is godly humility.
Well, it’s funny you say that and we have not talked with us this morning, but that’s what I was meditating on this morning was humility.
So, I mean, that was the the time that I spent this morning was talking about humility.
And you know, I didn’t understand humility until honestly a few years ago and I heard Andrew speak on it and he said that, you know, humility in its purest form is dependence upon God.
And pride in its purest form in a negative way um or in its maybe its most detrimental form is lack of dependence in God.
And so the person who’s truly humble is the person who knows unequivocally that if the Lord’s not part of it.
If the Lord if the Lord is not building, they labor in vain who build it.
If the Lord’s not watching over the city, the watchman stays awake in vain.
And so I that’s again, we don’t have this down perfectly, but I I know for a fact it’s not going to go the way it’s supposed to go if I’m not surrendered to the Lord.
And we’ve talked about that.
Oh, good.
We did.
You know, my people say it in different ways, but you know, I heard Todd White say that, you know, the true Christian the true Christian life is supposed to be a a a total surrender to God in every area of your life.
Not just devotionally, not just on Sundays.
And he said, compared to that, most people just incorporate God.
Like they bring God into a situation like they’re not surrendered in their business or in their work.
They incorporate God and are incorporating the promises or blessings.
But there’s difference between incorporating versus surrendering.
And so, you know, I’ve said it different ways this year.
I mean, I’ve been saying this whole year in my private prayer time, I’ve been trying to surrender all of my time, any talents or treasures the Lord’s given me and trust me with.
Uh or just say this way, I I want to be 100% sold out for the Lord.
And and I I don’t I I want the Lord’s hand on my hand.
I know I have to put my hand to it.
That’s not a passive statement.
That is an active participation in all that I’m doing.
And to me, it’s it’s like the Apostle Paul talked about how he laboured more abundantly than all the other apostles.
Yet, it wasn’t his natural ability.
It was the grace of God working through him.
And so, we’ve been in that place where complete surrender, complete trust in the Lord.
Um the maximum level of humility, more grace, more favour.
You know, that it all gets back to uh the Lord said, “Without me, you can do nothing, but with me and through faith, all things are possible.” And so that’s it’s a really interesting thing.
It’s kind of like the idea of you have to lose your life to truly find it.
And in this situation, you have to get to the place where you totally surrender everything that you have towards the Lord.
If you want the maximum release of his favour and the maximum release of his presence and the maximum release of of of his super on your natural, you have to you have to lose your life inside of him to get that.
And it’s it’s easier said than done.
And I think for me, I think it’ll be a lifelong journey of doing this.
I don’t think it happens overnight.
I think it has to be done literally renewed every day.
But that’s the that’s the pursuit that I’m on right now.
That’s really cool because we’ve heard that it’s it’s a little bit become a religious term, you know, just surrender.
I surrender all and all that.
But I love to like I call it like let’s let’s lift up the hood and let’s look at this engine and figure out how how does this happen? What are the nuts and bolts to it? And Colin, I think that you and April are so good at first of all showing this you live this, but also being realistic and saying, “Hey, there’s some steps you have to take to get to this place.” Yeah.
And um today, one of the topics we’re going to share, it’ll kind of branch into other things, but just winning in every area of life.
And going back to that confidence thing, I know Dave and I have just really observed that you and April are know we’re gonna we’re gonna do all we can to win in any every area of our life, but it’s not for you.
It’s to glorify God.
Yeah.
And um so just share with us a little bit of the revelation that you you and your family have had about how that really blesses God and how you pursue that.
Yeah.
Well, that’s a that’s a great question.
That’s honestly where I spend most of my time, you know, when I’m reading the word and I’m praying recently.
So, I mean, for me personally, like some of the practical steps and I I’ll try to break it down into short short like sweet little segments, but I mean the the fellowship that I have with the Lord, just the the the gratitude and gratefulness for knowing him, for being known by him, for all that he’s done.
I mean, that’s how I’m starting every day.
I’m starting every day in praise and thanksgiving and just acknowledging, you know, what he’s done.
Where would I be if it wasn’t for the Lord? I mean all those things and it’s just the overwhelming gratitude and appreciation for the Lord.
It it magnifies him and it puts him in the position that he’s supposed to be which is Lord of our life.
And then truly just some of these concepts like a lot of them are just are spoken like I’ll just say Lord like I surrender all my natural senses like I want to perceive spiritually.
I want to get spiritual ideas not just natural.
I want to see spiritually.
I want to hear spiritually.
I want to I want to know things that that are not otherwise uh able to be perceived just off natural.
So I’ve got to give you my natural senses so that I can receive spiritually.
Um we all know that we’re spiritual beings living in a temporary natural world.
We know this earth is temporary.
This this existence on this side of heaven is temporary.
The eternal part of us is spiritual.
We know God created spiritual beings.
When you get born again, it is in the spiritual realm.
And so just this idea of like how can I become how can I become more aware of who God’s made me to be spiritually which is your identity in Christ.
So that kind of thing and then um just again like you just you dedicate like every time you know every time you give an offering financially or or you tithe or you spend time invested in in in partnering or in serving a ministry or doing anything you’re doing.
you know, you can do it and just go through the actions or you can do it as a true dedication to the Lord.
You can stop and say, “Lord, this is these are your abilities um being used for your kingdom and for your body.” And and so that’s I just try to be more aware.
I try to be more aware when I go into environments that um I’m not going in for myself.
I’m going in hopefully to transform the lives of other people.
Um if I’m going to go on a one-on-one with someone, like, Lord, help me to be your your mouthpiece, your hands and feet in that situation.
and just saying, “I dedicate and I surrender this meeting to you.
I dedicate and surrender this day to you.” Um, and I think there’s other words people can use, too.
It’s it’s surrendered.
It’s submitted, dedicated, committed.
I mean, there’s differences in those words, but it’s I think it comes back to the same heart of like, I want this to be your wisdom that’s shared in this meeting or this podcast.
I want it to be your heart that’s communicated.
I want your children to receive the highest level of transformation because of your Holy Spirit.
Um, and so those [clears throat] are the things that I’m focused on and when I’m reading the word or I’m praying or I’m thinking about, you know, what I’m supposed to teach on.
I’m trying to figure out Lord, what are you trying to get to your people? Like I don’t want it to be what I want to get to them.
Like that’s I’m understanding that truly.
What do you want your children to know that they don’t know right now? And so that’s the that’s some of the fundamentals.
It’s kind of like an awareness that you guys have and it seems opposite of what in the natural we would think, right? Because it seems like um instead of surrendering and just like complete humility, realising you you can only cooperate with God, the world teaches us that you have to act like you know everything, that you know the answers and rely on yourself.
So when you think back on your life, I know you’ve been on this journey a long time, but I just almost look at I keep seeing like it’s like a crossover, like there’s a time that you just almost give up on your own efforts and move into.
Did you is there a is there a time in your life or is there maybe there’s several times in your life that you’ve had degrees of that? Yeah.
But what did it take for you to actually get yourself into the position to let things go in the natural? Yeah, that’s a great question.
I I would tell you that the highest level or the greatest degree of transformation through surrender for me personally has happened the last couple years.
I mean, we I’ve been walking the Lord now for about 23 24 years.
Um got a revelation of the true nature of God, the the real gospel, who I am in Christ through Charis Bible College in 2006 to 2008.
So that would be I guess it’d be you know 16 17 years now for that.
Um but I would tell you the last couple years and and again I I feel like what I’m going through right now currently as far as some of these revelations uh I feel like I have the ability to to transform more in the next few months or or I have in the last few months than I did maybe in years prior to that.
So, I I just know what it looks like when the Lord I mean when when the Lord in in all of his favour and goodness and honestly I say all it’s not even a fraction of what he has for us is how much we typically receive.
But I’ve just seen what it looks like when the Lord’s favour and the Lord’s anointing is on it.
And so I do believe in preparation.
I do believe in the scripture.
I love 2 Timothy 2:15.
you know, study or labor or be diligent to show yourself approved onto God, a workman who need not be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
Like, I believe in preparation.
I believe in diligence.
I believe in putting your hand to the plow at a high level.
I do believe in laying down your life for the service of others.
But, but it’s going to have to be the Lord’s supernatural provision, favour, anointing, grace on what you put your hand to.
So, I’m looking for more opportunities to prepare than ever before.
I’m looking for more opportunities to serve than ever before, but I’m doing it with less confidence in myself than ever before.
And again, it’s it’s and you’re more successful than you’ve ever been before.
So, it’s like that’s quite a a situation.
It’s really encouraging.
It’s a very interesting dynamic.
It really is.
And so, I some of these things are are are taught and caught.
And I believe this is one of those re I mean when the Lord says like if you try to preserve or keep your life you’re going to lose it.
But if you if you truly lay down your life for for me for my for for your brethren my children for the kingdom of God you’ll find it.
I mean I think a lot of people we can quote that scripture but actually living that out like what does that actually mean and how do you experience that? That’s a whole different and again that’s our our Christian walk.
I mean you never arrive.
You hear Andrew Wommack say you never arrive.
Um it it’s a continual process like you know one of the concepts is you know you talk about predestination and foreknowledge like it’s it’s predetermined in advance that God for new who would say yes to him and those who he knew for new would say yes he predetermined that they would be transformed into the image of Christ and so another way to ask that question is how much of the transformation do you want on this side of heaven because the scripture promises us that when you see him in all of his glory face to face in heaven you will be fully transformed Your soul will be fully cleansed.
You’ll receive a new body.
Your spirit’s not going to change, but you’re going to have a radical transformation.
And it says you’re going to know all things even as you also yourself are known.
And so I I break it down to this picture.
It’s it’s kind of like, you know, take [snorts] like a battery charger like on a car.
Like you put the negative on the negative, positive on the positive, and then you’ve got this this needle and it it it starts to jump and move.
And you’ve got where the battery is currently, where you want it ideally, and then it’s maximum charge.
And I’m looking at this saying like, this is where I was.
This is the highest level of me knowing Jesus, of being fully surrendered and submitted to the kingdom of God at the highest level, and me knowing things that there’s no way I could know outside of the Lord in every area of my life.
And how much of that, how much do I want that needle to move on this side of heaven? when I get [clears throat] there, it’s gonna fully it’s gonna fully like, you know, max out.
But I want as much transformation on this side of heaven as I can possibly get.
And it’s one thing to say it or, you know, it’s one thing to say the right things, but I’m less interested in saying the right things and more having my heart be submitted.
And and I think that’s so good.
It’s a daily process.
That’s so good.
And just for um some of you that may not know, Colin is CEO of CAR, an incredibly uh successful businessman.
He’s on the board of Andrew Wick Ministries.
You’re doing a lot more teaching.
I know you just went to our friend uh Mark Matchin’s church.
Yeah.
Had a blast.
Yeah.
And so you’re really stepping into this season and it’s really your entire family as well.
But when people see you, Colin, you and April, they think, um, oh, they must have grown up in a really rich family.
They probably like had everything going for them, perfect.
But I think one of the beautiful things about you and and April’s story is you didn’t grow up with that.
You didn’t have things handed to you on a silver platter.
So, it’s encouraging like this is available for everybody.
Absolutely.
Yeah.
No, I mean, April and I both grew up in in families that uh we had great parents.
I mean, our parents certainly had flaws and and neither of our parents were were born again or or following the Lord truly.
Um they were amazing parents.
They did great things for us um as kids and we learned some good things, learned some bad things, too.
But um uh no, I mean like we both April and I both got born again right before we turned 21, separate from each other and have had to had to figure it out like most people, you know.
started out loving the Lord but having bad doctrine and trying to earn things from God based upon performance or based upon our our quote ability to to do things well and you know have had that blunt realisation that that’s not a healthy way to live your your your spiritual walk is based upon what you’ve done versus what Jesus has done for you.
So yeah, I mean as far as like the idea of like winning in every area of life um you know I don’t know anyone who hasn’t struggled financially.
I don’t know anyone who hasn’t struggled in their marriage.
I don’t know anyone who hasn’t had challenges raising kids.
I don’t know anyone who hasn’t had um you know difficulties figuring out like which is which church they’re supposed to be a part of or how they get involved or how they connect with the body you know which ministries they support.
So I mean all how do I how do I positively uh participate in society? Like what’s God calling me to as far as in the public square or in sports settings? I mean, everyone has to to wrestle with all of these concepts, but we’ve made the decision.
We know for I know for a fact I’m supposed to win as a husband, as a father, as a business person, as a minister, as an active participant in our local church, as a as an active participant partner with several ministries, and then just outside of that in society as, you know, with other people.
And so you look at there’s like six, seven areas where I believe the Lord’s called us to.
And there’s seasons where some are more active than others.
But I know that we’re supposed to find a way to win in each of these areas.
All of them.
Yeah.
[clears throat] And it’s not going to come because I try really hard in the natural or because I’m better than someone else in the natural.
It’s going to come because I’m inviting the Lord into these areas.
I’m taking in information about like we talked about this before like you have to actually study to be a good parent.
Like it so it just comes natural.
Like I believe certain tendencies might be there.
Like you might be more loving or long-suffering than someone else, but there is a legitimate skill set.
Like if there wasn’t, the Bible wouldn’t have hundreds of scriptures on how to raise children.
So true.
And so you actually have to study to show yourself approved unto God.
A workman who need not be ashamed rightly dividing the word of truth.
As a business person, as a minister, h how do you how do you make the most impact in your local church? like you you actually have to have an intentional strategy for that.
So everyone thinks like real estate investing like you don’t just you don’t just get out of bed and you’re an amazing real estate investor.
Like you actually have to study.
And so these concepts about about trusting the Lord at the highest level, being fully surrendered, but then actually having natural skill sets, being mentored, being trained, trial and error, getting knocked down, getting back up again.
Like that’s people are usually missing some level of that combination.
And you can usually figure it out pretty quickly from talking to people.
That is so good.
You know, um, speaking of like winning in every area, you and April minister to a lot of people and one of the things that you said some people they’re just lacking purpose.
Uh, did you use a word alignment with God or like destiny? So, in that, can you just share a little bit about what purpose means to you guys? And also when you have all these things that you were just naming off that you do, how does your purpose connect to all those different activities? Yeah, it’s really good.
Well, let me say this.
What when I hear people talk about like I need direction or I’m lacking purpose or I’m lacking fulfilment or I’m not sure what to do next.
I hear that from a lot of people.
Um, typically I will break it down into a few categories.
And the very first thing that I will ask people is I’ll say, can you give me a list of the areas that you are receiving like really positive information from? Like it is it’s kingdom and it’s life giving.
Um, and sometimes they’re getting good stuff from a few places.
Our times though it’s pretty bleak.
And then I’ll say where are you who are you pouring your life into and and where do you where you find opportunities for you to serve and and for you to use your time and your talents and so forth.
Are you active in your local church? Are you partnered with other ministries? Um and a lot of times it’s that’s a no real quickly.
They’re not sewing into anything.
Nope.
And then it’s it’s all right.
Well, you you want to go to the next level financially.
Who are you partnered with financially? Like whose anointing are you partaking in? and and and what are you doing with the seed that God’s already given you? And a lot of times that area is not happening as well, too.
And so, I have a couple other ones I’ll go through, but my my it’s the very basic generalisation is you’re not going to find fulfilment in life if you haven’t if you’re not laying down your life for the Lord and for other people.
Like, if you think that it’s just all about you being fulfilled, you can see in society, whether it’s athletes or movie stars, they’re always receiving.
They’re very rarely giving and they’re empty.
And so, good.
If you don’t have an environment for you to pour into other people, Jesus said, “It’s more blessed to give than it is to receive.” And so, if you’re lacking fulfilment, you’re lacking purpose, you’re lacking direction, if you would pour yourself into love and service uh into the benefit of other people, you would find dramatic fulfillment.
Like, wow.
You help transform someone’s life or be there for people or help meet their needs financially, like you’ll find more fulfilment in there.
Like, it’s beautiful to have your needs met.
It’s beautiful to have these things happen, but it truly is way more fulfilling to pour into other people and and to have their lives be radically transformed than saying, “Well, you know, I’m not getting enough or you’re not giving enough to me.” And so, the same thing for marriage.
It’s like my, you know, my spouse isn’t doesn’t meet my needs.
If you think that it’s going to happen by you not meeting your spouse’s needs first and they’re just going to meet your needs, making demands or it’s not going to happen.
And so, again, I don’t do that perfectly either, but you know, if someone says, “I’m struggling my marriage.” just like, well, what could you do that would pour your life into your spouse to help your spouse become the person that he or she’s supposed to become at the highest level? How could you love them at a greater way? How could you be more selfless, more encouraging, more uplifting? How could you do more even in the natural for your spouse than ever before? If you take that approach, you’re going to end up in a better place yourself.
Wow.
Colin, so this is I’m sure you get a lot of questions.
I hear it, too.
People are just not happy.
They’re like, “Why isn’t God doing this for me?” And it sounds to me like your first piece of advice is find something to sew into in this area which is opposite of the world again.
Yeah.
If you had a problem with a child, I would say again there’s right and wrong and there’s correction and discipline.
But let’s just say there was a lack of like intimacy in relationship.
I’d say, “What could you do to pour into your child at the highest level to make them feel as loved, valued, encouraged, give them purpose, give them something they could do, put their hand to?” Like, we’re very intentional at finding things for Carter and Ila that they are excited about, that they believe in, and then and then putting our time and our money into those things.
If you said, “Hey, I’m struggling in my marriage.” I’d say, “What is something you could start doing right now to make your spouse feel more valued, more heard, more encouraged? How could you help yourself your spouse become the greatest version of themselves between them and God that they could possibly be and and take yourself out of the equation? You’re lacking purpose in whatever it is.
What are you doing in your local church to help your church be as successful as possible to touch more lives? And I I always say this people, it’s not the most popular today, but the amount of people that just go to a church and they think by them sitting in a congregation and then maybe putting money in every once in a while, that’s not an active participant.
Like that’s not what that’s not being part of the body of Christ.
It’s truly not like it might appear that you are, but that’s not what the scriptures say to do.
And so, you know, get involved in churches, get involved or church, get involved in ministry, like get involved in helping people.
and you say, “Well, I don’t feel led to, you know, to usher or greet.” Like, I don’t feel led to, you know, set up and tear down.
Like, I [laughter] don’t think Jesus quote felt led to do a lot of things he did, but he did them because they were needed, because they were helpful, and because he was an example.
So, there’s, again, we can break out some serious scriptures on the fact that he Jesus himself humbled himself, made himself of no reputation, took on the form of a bond servant coming in the likeness of man.
So, a lot of scriptures talk about it, but the summary I would say is this.
If you’re lacking purpose, you’re lacking fulfilment, how could you pour your life into your kids, into your spouse, into your church, into ministries, into other areas of service.
And if you start to do those things, like the favour of God naturally will will appear like it’ll open.
You’ll experience it.
You’ll receive it.
I mean, a lot of ways we could say it as far as how it’s received, but those are those are just fundamentals.
That is great advice.
And it’s a message, Colin, that some people don’t want to hear because it’s it’s opposite of what people think they need, but I will just tell you all the fruit in their lives is just incredible.
And so when we hear this and you know, we know, we observe your family, we know what you’re all involved with, it is like this is solid advice.
And so I think we’re going to be hearing from people that they in one area at least if they just chose to serve and then you start to see the faithfulness of God.
Um Colin, this has been awesome.
That’s great.
If if people came to me and say, “Hey,” said, “Hey, I don’t feel good.” And I said, “Well, are you drinking water? Are you sleeping regularly? Do you do you eat food? Do you exercise?” And if those were all those, you’d be, “Well, that’s the most those are the most obvious three or four things you could do.” I really believe that the things that we’ve just said, like if you’re not feeding off the word of God on a daily basis, you are starving yourself spiritually.
You’re not going to be healthy.
If you’re not part of a local church, like you might as well say, “I don’t sleep.” Like, I mean, like, and people, they don’t put those things together because they don’t always feel the spiritual pain the way they feel the natural pain.
I believe those are every bit as vital.
And if people do these things, to me, this is really simple.
like start eating a couple meals per day, start sleeping 8 hours a day, start drinking water, just exercise just a little bit and tell me how you feel.
I think these things are every bit the same in the spiritual realm.
Wow, that is awesome.
Wow, Colin, every time you’re on, I learn I look forward to it because it’s like I’m going to get ministered to here and you have certainly ministered to me and our audience.

So, Colin, any final thoughts that you want to share with people today? I I will say I love that book, Extravagant Favour.
I’m not just saying that’s one of my favourite books that Billy and Becky have written.
Um, it’s amazing.
I do love these smaller pamphlets, too, these booklets.
A lot of times, like we’ll pick up a book that’s like 200 pages and we get excited, then you get into it 20 pages and then you get busy and it becomes intimidating to come back.
Yeah, I love those [clears throat] smaller booklets because you can you can glean a lot of information from them uh within a short period of time and they’re not intimidating.
So, I would recommend everyone get that.
But yeah, my my final my my final parting thoughts are, you know, just some of the highlights are are just continual surrender to the Lord, letting him work through you and then uh give give your life give your life to the Lord.
give your time, your talents, your treasures, and and look for as many ways as possible not to run yourself ragged.
Don’t put service before your family.
Don’t, you know, we’re not telling people to make bad choices financially for the benefit of something outside of your family or whatever God’s not calling you to.
But if you can find areas to serve, to love people, to encourage and lift them up.
And if your focus is truly on other people, you will become the beneficiary of God’s fulfilment, direction, provision at a level that’s way higher than if you were the one in charge for yourself.
That is awesome, Colin.
Thank you.
