SuperOne Creator Event Sunday 15th February 2026 (Quick Read)

So here we are at the Creator event this Sunday in February 15.
My name Andreas Christensen, the founder of SuperOne.
Today we’re going to show you a lot of great stuff.
We’re going to cover the business very quickly, not tirelessly.
We’re going to talk about our partnerships and what they mean for you.
We’re going to talk about how we got get into the market when we are starting.
And we also have some new stuff to to show you.
Actually, there’s a lot of new stuff all the way through the presentation.
So again this is a really cool time for the company and as you see we have this creator event which is a sign of what we are now changing what we formally before for earlier called affiliate for those of you been with us a few years which we had created before and we’re going to change to that now and there is a reason for that that I will forward throughout this presentation.
So let’s just very quickly because there is a lot of new people go through what we are actually doing.

We are creating the digital economy of football.
This is something that doesn’t exist out there today.
I’m not going to go into the detail of the game or anything but we are already launched.
We are in the app stores.
We’re using a lot of AI and we we covering a spectre that doesn’t exist in the market.
So what what is the problem they have today? The clubs and the stars they cannot monetise properly.
That’s the main problem they have.
They cannot capture the the digital markets out there and that’s what we are fixing and they are missing these markets.
Some of you have seen this before.
We see the mobile gaming market is growing and the media market is growing.
It’s a trillion dollar market that they are missing out on.
Truly missing out.
And if you see Fortnite with 60 million users, they have $3.5 billion in revenue while Barcelona with 400 million fans have only less than $10 million a year.
So they are missing out because they’re not able to capture the the the audience and the first party data and they don’t have the layer that we provide.
So we provide a solution for that where you have the engagement layer on top.
You have access to the data and you have what is even more import also important is the compounding the compounding and recurring progressions because in gaming and in particular what we do sports they never stop.
They keep rolling and you cannot just push things on social media.
You need to be able to engage the customer on a continued basis.
So this all create what we do creates a very strong flywheel.
Flywheel is also can you can also call it a power wheel.
So you see the users come in for free.
They are inspired and accelerated by clubs and stars.
They they they start competing and they get into the competitive mode.
They start spending money.
they start sharing with others, you get virality and you get even more data and it it keep just keeps rolling.
So that’s our what’s called in the tech spectrum mode.
That’s our competitive mode and it’s important for especially the clubs and the stars to understand how this works.
We’re not going to go into too much detail.
We had the game live for a year.
We played seven million games.
We’ve seen extreme engagement.
Top 20% play in average 30 games a day more than three hours.
The retention is fantastic.
We’ve seen 150,000 hours of gameplay.
We see conversion upwards of 20% to paid.
And we seen that the top 20% generate more than 20,000 page views or ad views every year.
So that’s fantastic results.
We have 90,000 players.
So it’s not just a few people and we actually are in 150 plus countries and we see that the top 20% of the of the referrals drive nearly one person every day.
So all in all this shows a deep engagement and we can also add we paid out 1.9 million prizes for about $1 million.
So this is already proven operating platform and these results are what really made us do what we will show you today.
The partnerships comes from this because we’re solving a real real problem in the market.
The first pro partnership we’re going to speak about is the star.
We announced this back in December that we have a global superstar signed up with us.
We are not today going to reveal who it is.
We will show you how we’re going to reveal it but we are not going to reveal the name today.
So there is no point asking.
This superstar has a lot of traction is active playing has played in the European leagues and is playing on national team has nine figure social media followers and is a very very famous figure internationally one of the top footballers in the world.
We have dubbed in here for this presentation mode joker and the reason for this that we use joker is that we are not only speaking to one star we’re speaking to several and to avoid any intellectual property infringement or try to make any mixture here we have to be utterly careful so that’s why we switched to the joker mode in the we did it back in December to show how the the the features will work and you will see when we when we as we move forward we will use that.
So this is already entered agreement.
We also have other agreements about to to to be completed.
So let’s talk about what we got to do with this star.
One of the main thing we’re going to do is to create a digital twin.
So, we’re going to do a motion capture as you see here with about I think it’s like 200 cameras that go 360 degree around the star and taking the the capture of all his motions, his expressions, his voice, his feelings in the sense that expression.
So, we are able to reproduce a digital twin of this star with less than one millimetre accuracy.
So that that’s extremely advanced and we have some of the best people in the world doing this.
They they and that’s amazing stuff.
So what happened when we have this we actually will have a unique world class star digitalised and that leaves us with with a lot of options to engage people.
One thing is that he will engage through his social media and those kind of park but it opens up a whole product suite.
So in example we are able to have an infinite content production meaning we are able to send personalised messages.
You’re able to challenge him directly 24/7 and all of this will be so close to real that you can’t believe it.
And the result of this is amazing.
So this makes something that we in this AI world you see this this is of course driven by AI even if we don’t say it.
So this is scalable.
It means that we can scale to millions of concurrent users interacting chatting live streaming doing everything with this star.
So that’s amazing.
That star becomes the first true digital football star in the world and that transition is powered by SuperOne and our technology and our partners.
So that that’s amazing what we will accomplish with this.
So the features here goes far beyond just posting on social media.
This develop a whole new world of products.
So and we in SuperOne will have the rights to use and own all this intellectual property as we move forward.
So that’s our domain.
Of course we have agreement with the star.
And you can rest assure this is not the first star because we are already in dialogue with a lot of stars, a lot of clubs.
What we have here and the high quality of what we’re doing is amazing and it raises eyebrows around the world.
There is always a lot of copycats.
But we have one thing, we have a proven game.
We have years of revenue thanks to you guys.
We have years of revenue.
We have capital discipline.
We have managed to move forward in good and the bad times.
So let’s look further.
Some of you have seen all this before.
We’re going to have three type of game modes.
We’re going to have the star millions, the star battle, and the star legend.
And we’re going to show a little bit of these things as we move.
The star millions is where we’re going to have $1 million in the weekly top prize and another million divided into about a million prizes throughout the week.
This will just create a a crazy price storm all over the world.
And we’ve seen that the price mechanic has really worked in the pilot.
1.9 million prizes about $1 million we spent on that.
And here you see global leaderboard comes in.
We’re going to have advertising.
All this comes in with the with the the millions going to be the main catch.
That’s the main bait and it will excite people all over the world.
So star battle, this is what I said about the technology.
You’re able here to actually play against the star.
He will play more or less.
You will feel like you’re playing against him.
He will speak to you in your language.
He will have reactions.
He will be so close to real that you can’t imagine.
So this is how you can have live stream.
And all this is based on input.
And what is very important here, we work with Amazon Web Service, their professional division.
We have guard rails for what we can do.
So we put we we put rules to put it that way.
so you cannot mess up into this AI.
There’s a lot of fake.
We’re going to have very very strict guard rails based on the star.
Well, and so we don’t deviate from his personality.
That’s very important.
And we don’t get bad images.
We we we cannot have people here coming in live stream with let’s say the star and they are naked or whatever.
So all that is taken care of.
So we we are very high quality but also high protection of the product to maintain that quality.
When we come to the legend, this is all about doing quests inside the tower that we’re creating and it’s about having activities that is determined by AI’s.
We are able to scale we talked a lot about before about this juggling but there will be other quests also that is more or less related directly to the star or to his career.
So we are now for those of you seen our presentation of the tower before we have made more dynamic flooring inside and more dynamic moving inside.
We will also have galleries.
We will have fan book fan index.
There’s a lot of cool stuff coming in the legend part.
And the whole point is the keyword here is compounding recurring revenue.
We want people to come back.
So we create what I said a fan book.
So you have a fan book where you have all your history and all your accomplishments in a fan book and you’re able to actually go back because football fans is a cultural phenomenon.
It’s nothing that happens around for one year or two year.
It goes in decades.
So if you here is a let’s say you are a fan of this star you can roll back and see his career and you can interact with him even 10 to 15 years back and as you grow you can show your kids and you can show your family your performance when you were at this stage this stage.
So this is the cool thing how we create a long-term mode or or a long-term relationship and how we glue the fans to the clubs and the stars because the clubs are generational cultural dominant actors in the world.
Look at Barcelona.
It’s more than a club.
It’s an institution and that’s what we are capitalising on.
So this will also be for clubs of course.
Let’s jump in to the first partnership we’re going to really talk about.
That is a partnership with BiteDance Group.
BiteDance Group is the world’s biggest privately owned company.
Their market cap is about $500 billion as we speak.
That’s the owner of TokTok and Doyin in China.
The biggest social network.
TokTok has two billion users outside China.
Doyin in China has 750 million and biteplus is their AI and the technology platform of TikTok and Doyin and we are partnering now with bite plus in order to get the TikTok features into SuperOne and to be able to leverage TokTok ‘s global user base and technology for distribution.
This is a crazy partnership in tense that in the sense that we are able to jump into probably or it’s not probably it is the most progressive aggressive whatever the most potent social media landscape in the world.
They are far better than Meta Group when it comes to monetisation.
They’re driven by a very high degree of AI coming out of Asia and they are extremely clever on what they’re doing and we will have I we will now start showing you a little bit what it mean for us.

So the technology polish partnership here is a little bit three-fold.
We provide the game engine while biteplus provide the social engine while TokTok provides the user base.
So we generate the content on our side.
We leverage internally we will have TikTok features internally in the application in SuperOne.
So it’s not everything you understand from these screens but we will have you have the game which is one part of what we have then we are adding the social component so we get you can you can sort of describe it as a white label version of TokTok on the so on the SuperOne platform with all the feature with short video with gifting with everything that’s on on our platform then we have a seamless integration from our platform because of the technology exchange here. We are able to push content directly to TokTok in a seamless meaning our content will be distributed into the TikTok ecosystem and will be cached by the algorithms there.
And if you’re familiar with TikTok, they have the (for you page) FYP, which is the most I mean one of the best engagement um and content discovery engines in the world.
probably the best in the world because they don’t think so much about what you can be a very small creator and you can do something and you can explode and that fits us very very well.
So let’s go a little bit further here.

So TokTok price sharing imagine like we say we’re gonna have a million prizes a week.
What do you think gonna happen when this is shared to TokTok ? Obviously the algorithms in TokTok will will will see a lot of sharing coming from the winners of SuperOne and they will prioritise that.
It will be will be tagged football and prizes and SuperOne.
So we will end up on the FYP pages for a lot of users that’s not in SuperOne.
And the cool thing with a technical integration is that we carry along the attribution meaning your links.
So when you share something on TokTok , it will bring your link into the TokTok ecosystem and when they sign up through your link, you will be attributed to that player.
And of course, this this is this is amazing because we’re getting access to yeah two billion users outside China and 750 million inside China.
So 2.7 billion.
One unique thing that with this partnership is also that we get access to China that is not so easy and we we get it through this partnership and we will evidently open China.
That’s not we have 20 markets we’re going to look into before then we open China because there are some regulatory issues we’re going to cover but this is crazy because you can imagine what’s going to happen now when we do this but it comes much more than that.
This is just the beginning.
Then you can see the star battle.
You can bring the star battle from the Super One platform.
At the same time is streamed internally on Super One.
It is also streamed on the on the TikTok. So you’re able to to to engage with the star in real time and you will have the same replicated on TikTok. Imagine how cool that can be.
You can have millions of people watching you beating the big stars of the world, the jokers of the world.
That’s amazing.
That’s really, really cool.
And it it comes much more.
Then you have fan battle where you can fight with your friends internally using the gifting engine of TokTok where people can give you gifts all the time.
uh and this is one of the biggest and fastest growing economies is the gifting economy on TikTok. Of course, that will also be brought into the TokTok ecosystem.
So, we have a technology exchange, we have a content exchange.
So, we will function as an a content and engagement layer leveraging TokTok ‘s ecosystem to bring more people into play.
Obviously, there is a deal with the with the with the Bite dance group for all this and that’s amazing and we all have aligned interest which is to bring SuperOne to the top of the pop and obviously there is a lot of legal stuff that we when it comes to to to how things are handled everybody knows about TokTok in US, TokTok in Europe.
We are very protective of our data.
So most of the TokTok team actually comes from Amazon web service.
So we have a very strong data protection and we never disclose the PAI the the the information that actually identify a person here.
So this is amazing.
It gives us product range that is completely out of the blue.
Let’s move to another partnership which is also very cool because it will give us a lot of media bus a lot.
That’s the Guinness World Record.
We going to create as part of the go to market strategy.
We’re going to create the tallest building in the world.
Obviously, it will be digital, but we will it’s an artefact and we’re going to put it in to a context that really really flies.
This will create headlines all over the world.
So this is part of the strategy.
What we’re going to do is that we’re going to build the tallest tower.
We’re going to build it based on drones and golden balls.
Is part of the pre-sale gimmick we do to get attraction in the world.
The tower will be look a little bit different than this but but it’s going to be massive.
And the way we going to do that, we’re going to distribute to the fans of the world through some new game packages.
I will show you shortly.
So every ball or every golden ball will contribute to the height and the building of the tower.
So every ball will be participating in the building in a game show that will end on the yeah I will show you that and every ball will be engraved with the name if you want that with the height of the tower with a time stamp signed by the star because this is this is part of the star go to market package.
So this is this is a unique artefact and collectible that you will be able to to get when this is over you will get it back to your wallets.
Of course everything is digital.
We building this virtually with drones.
We also have um a concept where we do this not virtually but actually physically with 10,000 drones.
So all of you will I mean there are 10,000 drones into play here.
I will get back to that later a little bit early to state.
So these are built in the modern world with these balls and we’re building that and we we we constructed the tower.
So we are able to we are able to have the Guinness World Record to approve this.
So the tower will have a little bit different shape than this.
It will be cylinders that will be reduced all the way to the top.
So we have a complete dynamic structure that can grow into many kilometres high, many thousand metres high.
But what we what we are attempting during the pre-sale is to have 50 million balls that we reach thousand metre which is we we need a little bit higher than that so we can beat yada tower which is thousand meter.
It’s not constructed completely yet.
It’s half done.
But Bush Khalifa in Dubai is 828 meter.
We need to pass that.
I believe we should reach at least 1500 meters.
So we are far away from everybody.
With 100 million balls we go 2 kilometres.
We have the way we have constructed this tower digitally is there.
There are certain things up to 2,000 meter and from 2,000 meter we have a spire that can grow for kilometres.
So this is of course a gimmick.
But it’s a category that has not been covered in any Guinness World Record.
This together with a lot of other records we discussed with Guinness we can do.
This is something really cool.
This is something visual.
This is something that where people can fans all over the world can participate and they will get memorials out of it.
So, so this is an amazing way of of creating buzz around the world for what we’re doing.
So, let’s move on.
now we’re going to look into how we are scaling because that’s what we’re talking about.
We are not talking about launching or anything.
We going to of course improve the game and and UI a lot of things and scaling but scaling is what we’re talking about.
So when we look into this now the launch plan is that we’re going to start with a public week that means where the star goes live.
So the star we have have with us going to act as an accelerator for this.
So when this star go live it will be to the on the global scene.
So that’s why we don’t launch it here.
We need this.
This is a press event.
This is a global press event that’s going to be supported by media channels, by PR agencies and in between here we have lawyers and agencies.
There’s a lot of things that needs to go in fall into place at the same time.
Then we have a public week where we go public with everything.
Then we will continue into the pre-sale week.
That’s when we convert all the the buzz from the first week.
We will convert it into sales and we will start getting people to enrol and we activate the fan bases.
The hundreds of millions of people all over the world coming in hopefully many of them.
Then we move further when we start the push what we call the push week.
That’s when we have the the game starts on a Monday midnight and it goes all the way to Sunday.
And this is the week where we building the tower by the balls.
we are having a final on Sunday with a game show that will be hosted online.
it might also be physical someplace.
So we are still in the final thing.
But what’s going to happen? We’re going to first set the height of the tower and we hope to beat the world record live.
Then we going to we’re going to determine the winner of this week $1 million and that will be in a live leaderboard of course directly with the star on stage or in studio and obviously he will hand over the first million and we will have this all set up.
So this is the how we’re going to roll into the market.
We start by signalling, we start by continue by converting and we will then dominate.
The public week is now planned to start mid-March.
That’s what we’re doing.
Obviously as you understand we are now dealing in a little bit different level than what we have been dealing with before.
We have one of the biggest technology organisations in the world with a lot of different departments legal compliance etc that we need to unlock part by part we are well under way but there still always things to do now it’s Chinese New Year next week but we are pushing this so that’s the plan we have now for mid-March and it looks good then we have the star which is an active career is important to understand.
So we cannot just pick up the phone and say we need you for 3 days.
It’s not so easy.
It needs to be planned and needs to be synchronised with matches and other commitments.
So but this is what we’re dealing with now.
And it’s not only SuperOne involved here.
There are agencies, agents, there are lawyers, there are different advisors.
So this is a fantastic period of time and we are moments away from really get into it.
So during the public week we will have the star release where he release on his social media.
Of course there will be press releases, press events and we’re going to push this.
First of all, we’re going to use TokTok and we’re going to have live streaming on TokTok as our primary media partner to two billion people.
And the Star will of course invite people to sign up and we will we will have a lot of the the the sign up and pre-signup interest around.
So everybody understands we need to be pretty well prepared for this because we will expect tens of millions of players immediately when we do this.
secondly, we we’re working now to look into football media.
One of them is goal and to see how we can work with goal and as you know we have we worked with them before and we can um continue doing so and putting to their 700 million football fans as one of the media channels.
In addition to that there will be media and press embargo kits that will be opened on this release day.
So there will be global press, there will be TV channels, there will be a lot of stuff.
So that is the public week will be wow this is crazy moment.
And we of course going to have launch video.
We’re going to have story about the the star from his childhood.
There is also some collectibles that will come.
I’m not presenting everything today.
I’m giving you the the top line.
Then we move into something that is extremely exciting for you guys.
This is the pre-sale week.
These are the new game packages.
As we talked about before, we had $1 only.
That still remains, but we have done some tweaks so we can make much more money together with you.
First of all, we have the free package which is the fan package.
You can play 10 games a day like today.
That will be a package with certain limitations.
Now, as we as we move on, we have what we call the contender.
That’s where you can play unlimited games, but you can only win 10 prizes with that package.
And you get one golden ball that cost $1, that package.
So when you want 10 prizes, you need to either recharge with $1 or go to a higher teir.
The reason for this is we we we created four different prize pools for each level.
And this is some some some tuning we’re doing because we see that it will be better much better from a revenue point of view and from a gaming point of view.
The next package we are offering is $5.
$1 is set for a very easy onboarding across the globe.
$5 is also achievable in all the huge markets around the world.
for a weekly then you have unlimited games.
You can have 50 prizes and you will have 10 balls.
These balls are only applicable for the pre-sale and the first game week.
They will disappear after that.
Maybe coming back for another event, but then they will disappear.
So then we have the $25 package called champion.
That’s when you really get serious.
You have unlimited.
You can have 250 prizes and you get 50 balls.
But also here from the champion package, you get a digital signed letter from the star for participating like a diploma trophy for participating with 50 balls in the world record event.
And then we have the legend which is priced at $100.
There are people out there that’s willing to spend $100 for a personalised video message from the star and a lot of other perks going forward.
They will of course be able to play unlimited prizes and you will have a few percentage converting to legend.
But all in all, we see that the challenger and champion are probably the most sought after packages for the top 20%.
So the cool thing here is that when we do analysis of this these packages we get very good feedback in the sense of feasibility around the world.
We will have a large crowd coming in on free entering into one and five and we will have the more sophisticated players revolving around five and 25.
So all in all the average revenue we expect here on a weekly basis now is around $10 and that is magnificent.
It’s crazy.
is is really crazy because as you know before we have talked about $1 to $2.
Now we see with with the attraction with the package and the the packaging and the the star power the club power that will also come shortly and everything we do we are able to to price it a little bit higher.
Still remaining at the $1 but having these exclusive tires at least in the beginning with the golden balls engraved and all that.
So that that’s a cool thing.
So let’s move further.
The push week that will record media hype.
We will have leaderboards both globally and countrywise.
This is going to be building.
We will not reveal the height before the final hours.
We will have the star millions with a prize storm of a million prizes running out.
1 million prizes shared on TokTok and that will we will determine the first millionaire.
He will of course be interviewed by global press and we hope he will come from one of the markets that is really deserve to win and it will create headlines.
So this is the very two factors that going to make headlines.
Headlines are important for exploding into the market together with the star power.
So the goal for this is to have at least 25 million fans on the platform with 20% monetised after one, two, three weeks, the first month.
That is amazing.
That’s five million monetised at $10 a week.
That’s $50 million a week.
So that’s something we we really look to and we truly believe it’s possible.
This is not wishful thinking.
So that’s the starting point.

So let’s move on a little bit and see what you as creators and how you can take part in this.
uh the you have been with us many of you have been with us for a long time and you’ve been instrumental in bringing us where we are today.
So we want of course you to be part of this building this further.
So we have the creative participation comes now from creator packs which replace loot boxes.
We have fan packs that we will expand significantly today and we have the new introduction of what we call a star pack.
These three complement each other.
You need a creative pack to have a fan pack and you need a fan pack to have a star pack.
So there is no you can build you don’t need to have a fan pack or star pack at all.
That’s optional.
It’s more how you you look on it from um how much fans you really want to have.
So let’s look into the creator packs.
They are all redesigned and I we’ll have the team deploy them in the morning.
So that’s your gateway to the creator economy and you know TokTok is built by creators.
YouTube is built by creators.
They all use the same name now.
Spotify use the same Spotify creators.
TokTok creators, they have 200 million creators.
They have 15 million people that have their full salary coming from creating stuff on TikTok.And it’s a growing economy.
That’s why we we we enter into this the creator economy.
You can Google it, analyze it.
And obviously, we going to have a lot of features here.
We’re going to have small big creators.
Even the star is a creator.
The club is a creator.
But they in de facto but creators sits between between the star the clubs the stars the brands and the fans.
They are accelerators and they they are engagers.
They invite people.
They keep people doing.
There are ways of doing this.
You can do it yourself.
You can purchase into different fan packs and star packs as we are offering.
And there will be with TokTok there will be a lot of tools that you will be able to create different things everything from from small avatars to everything that that you will be able to distribute on the ecosystem under the the IP or the guide rails the the brand SuperOne and the brands we allocate in either it be a club star or another brand.
So, they’re going to be approved raw material that you’re able to work with and with the sophisticated AI engines that bite plus already have we are able to determine bad actors.
We are able to optimise for revenue for good actors and see what’s trending and everything.
So, that is amazing.
So these create the packs will have more and more value and of course all your past loot boxes are automatically redubbed into creator packs.
We have the same lineup.
We’ve been analysing this and we feel that this lineup is good.
You can start at the $10 and coming in and the serious creators will start at gold with $500 is an achievable is a it’s a price point many can afford in the world.
You get a lot of great revenue tools and you will get more and more yeah of these things and more assets and things.
So this is the lineup.
We keep it there.
No new things no new things to the the model in in itself.
So here we have the creator packs how it’s coming you will say it stays reach 60% and reach that’s the, so we remove the level denomination and we will we will have much more coming in this sense to make the whole creator rewards much more how should I say much better for all of you.
there will be less rules, more AI, more focused on the active participation.
There’s going to be certain factors.
We will be very straightforward disclosing how this will work.
it will not it will just make things better.
It will not degrade anything.
We are now moving into an economy with a substantial fan revenue.
So the creator packs what they generate today when you sell or refer a creator pack will be peanuts compared to the fan packs.
They will be we we can run it after, I mean the creator packs will be more and more containing credits which we will bring back to the platform and you can choose what kind of asset you want to purchase.
Now they are fixed with tokens.
We’re not going to speak about listing today, but I can shortly mention that the listing is contemplated to be in connection with the World Cup which starts on the 10th of June.
We want to have this momentum into a listing.
That’s what we contemplate today.
We can have separate events on that later.
There is no point listing before we have success.
And success the seed you have to seed before you harvest and this strategy is now applied to by by every partner on board.
We will have clubs and stars will be aligned with that on the tokenonomics that there’s a lot of cool things happening.
So we will get back to that.
So the assets is now lucrative.
They are here.
The revenue opportunities in these packages are tremendous and continue to be so no changes apart from the name.
So in order to have as much fans as possible, you can recruit them yourself and we have sold a certain initial amount of fan packages.
We have not started to deliver on on them yet and I know somebody not somebody many of you waiting for that.
Why we have been waiting is because we had this star signed up.
So when he starts pushing the inflow of fans will be tremendous.
So our supply to put it that way for fans will be overwhelmingly much larger than the demand coming from the existing fan packs.
The existing fan packs are in the range of two 300,000 fans to be placed which is nothing.
That’s why we have created the star pack and fan packs is your gateway to fan revenue.
You can recruit yourself, but here now you will get the whole platform with the whole TokTok integration pushing fans into your accounts sort of and that fan will of course have the virality will grow and all that.
We’re going to look a little bit into that now.
So the markets we are launching into I mean you can’t launch every market in the world.
We have carefully analysed the markets of the world.
There are 21 markets that we’re going to label as priority markets.
These markets are analysed based on smartphone penetration, TokTok market share, football interest or culture.
And obviously if you see on the list there, China is all the way down to 16 because they have a huge population, a huge penetration of Doyen, the sister application of TokTok , but they don’t have that great football interest.
On the top, we find Brazil.
That is where we we’re looking at 90 more than 90% football interest in Brazil.
It’s the the most potent market for football interest in the world.
And as you know from previous I showed you our connection to the Brazilian football world.
It’s amazing.
And I can’t tell you too much about it but there are very very good developments happening in Brazil in Latin America in general and around the world.
So if you see here number one football country in the world is Brazil.
Brazil is more than 200 million people.
And you see that we can reach here with TokTok 83 million football fans based on the the football percentage 90%.
So only in Brazil we can get the I mean millions of millions of players.
Then you move to United Kingdom which is for us here in Europe recognised as the most probably most football country with with 85% footballers.
25 million TikTockers loving football crazy market they spend a lot of money high spending that’s what something we also market readiness is the right column that’s where we determine the purchase the willingness to buy in the app store the IAP in app purchases availability readiness to spend one two to three four $5 a week.
So then you have Spain, obviously one of the strongest European continental European football countries together with Italy and Germany.
So those five will be obviously starting points for our TokTok campaigns.
That’s the first tier.
That’s the top five.
Then you have top 10.
Then you can add the add to it.
Portugal, France and Saudi Arabia, Indonesia where Dian is based and Egypt.
Indonesia 270 million people a lot of interest for what we deal with and you’re looking at a huge huge market that is generating I mean it’s 70 to 80 million football people there.
Saudi Arabia is probably financially the best market per user.
They are spending hundreds of dollars a month and it is crazy.
It’s a crazy market.
We have boots on the ground.
We have the plans there, but they’re also huge on TikTok. So, Saudi Arabia is another really really good market with I think it’s like 20 million gamers and they’re all on TikTok. So, all the way you see down here that we can reach with TokTok 1.6 billion in these 21 markets.
So obviously that’s less than 2.7 which is the total but we are only covering 10% of the countries in the world.
Obviously we left out the we need to concentrate and that’s part of the deal we do with TokTok and Bitedance.
We need to find some target markets because we can’t go to all markets but this will spread all over the world but these are the markets that we label as priority not target market but the target is all the markets in the world but priority markets that’s where we will put money into play that’s where we will translate everything that’s where we will start okay and you see that if we bring out China we we reach 600 million football fans through TikTok. So that’s a lot.
1% conversion is 6 million, which is nothing.
5% conversion is 30 million.
So at 4% conversion, we reached the 25 million goal.
and that’s not much.
3, four, 5% conversion into play and another 20% of that into pay.
At least a dollar or or something like that on a weekly basis should be very very possible.
and we will have some high yield players also coming.
So this is extremely interesting and this shows the power of the TokTok partnership.
We can call it the TokTok partnership because TokTok is the end facing sort of application that we’re going to leverage to reach everybody here.
distribution power will be crazy and this will be natively embedded into our application.
So seamlessly flowing information results whatever inside SuperOne app we will have the same features with streaming and everything hosted by biplus then able to leverage it directly into the international market.
So let’s look on the fan economy a little bit and see how this comes together.
So what I told you that these new packages we envision up to $10 in weekly average.
That’s $500 a year which is five times more than we expected before.
And u that that’s an estimate.
Of course nobody can guarantee even if we end up in $5 is still good.
Amazing.
$250 a year is crazy.
So a creator earn 10% of the of the directly connected.
So that’s $50 per fan.
$50 per monetised fan per year.
And we usually monetise 20% is what we have from the pilot.
So the fan growth we have the virality.
So one fan become 100 fans in a year.
There’s no change to that estimate.
So if you have 300 fans becomes 30,000 in a year.
and you can monetise 20%.
$6,000 at $50 is $300,000.
And if that becomes 200, 300, 400, something in that bracket, it’s amazing.
It is amazing.
We see from our projections now that that since you are one of the first one in this platform and we have this extreme opportunity to place fans into you, we can boost this further and that’s what we’re going to show you now.

So let’s look a little bit on a feature that Stian has been developing with with our team.
we’re going to have a fan map coming now is powered by mapbox which is one of the biggest providers in the world and we’re going to have a fan fan map where you can go around the world see where you have fans dive into them see the revenue per fan see how it’s growing and it’s really cool and it’s amazing you can scale around the world and now we end up here in where are we now somewhere it it jumps around. And this you can also use to to to challenge people and to work.
Now you see here now we’re ending up in Rio, I think.
And you see so many people in Brazil, the top football country in the world.
This is amazing how you can can manipulate how you can can see how things are moving.
And of course all the green ones are people that pay you.
So this will be an amazing application.
We do a lot of other upgrades to the back office also.
So this is um a part of it that you will see how this grow.
This will be addictive.
You will come every day and you will see these numbers and we’re going to have a very strong focus on facilitating these kind of growth tools and information tools going forward.
So the fan packs they remain as we already had three fan packs and we sold them in different quantities.
We remain with the pro, mega and ultra.
They have the same price, the same content.
But what is different is that we actually opening for 20 countries.
I see China is listed here.
They will not be available yet.
They will come once we have the clearance that we will open in China.
The other markets are the other 20 priority markets.
You’re able to now secure Brazil which is one of my favourites because I know their propensity for football.
I know their culture and obviously other strong markets here you will be able to secure now.
So that’s the fan countries it’s it’s been expanded and obviously why again we can expand like this is because the star will bring in a very very large amount.
So we’re going to look a little bit into the the packages.
They remain the same.
The pro mega and ultra they contain the same they cost the same and they are unlimited availability for 20 countries.
We move away from the campaign mode because we’re going to do a continuous campaign.
Everything will be a campaign now.
We’re going to grow fearlessly around the world every second, every minute, every day, every week.
So, there will be an abundance of fans coming in.
It’s just about how many we place together with you.
So, you will earn together with the star with the fan packs.
You will earn together with the star.
The star will place fans into your packages.
So that’s a way we internally in the company have created a multi-dimensional reward model.
So we are able to reward both the star and the creator that’s a part of the creator economy and part of the whole platform how we have designed it year back and how we have been operating it.
So that’s a very inherent design and a feature that will we can have multiple entities multiple parties earning from the same transaction.
That is something one of our specialities and one of our forces going forward.
Obviously there can be more than two parties to a transaction.

Instagram or YouTube may be better at long-term brand building, but for explosive global growth, TokTok is way better because of their algorithm.
If something trends in TokTok which we will definitely do with all the posts with all the activity and not to forget our partners is also partner we have partnered directly with biteplus but also with partners of biteplus and TikTok that is specialising in the optimisation of the algorithms on TikTok.
This is a very sensitive matter and it’s protected by a lot of legal stuff but there are some experts that is very close partners of TokTok that have been with them from the very beginning.
So they have their own data sets for how TikTok operate.
So we are able to leverage that and I can go so far to say we have a revenue split with those people meaning we have aligned interest.
So, the best TokTok optimisers in the world have the same interest as you.
And that’s not a bad starting point for a relationship.
You’re not going to get married, but you’re going to get rich together.
So, that’s that’s amazing.
That’s the fan packs.
Now, we’re going to go to the new pack that we are opening now, tomorrow, and that’s called Star Pack.
natural thing, your gateway to star power.
This comes from the fact that the star we’re bringing in and the additional stars, but at least the first star are into nine figure social media.
Nine figure is more than 100 million.
I can’t say the exact number because we are in a territory with very few stars that have that power.
So um this is how you can benefit from that.

And what’s going to happen? I mean, the first shareholders in Facebook, that’s a saying in Silicon Valley.
They all made pretty well.
And that’s the situation we are.
We created the foundation together.
We built the game.
We invested in the game.
And that’s something maybe different from other projects out there.
We actually reinvest the money we earn.
We have reinvested substantial amounts over the years.
We’ve been building, building, building, building building.
Now we have got these partners.
Why have we got these partners? We got these partners because they have reviewed what we do.
They understand the business and they see the potential.
It applies to clubs, stars.
I can also add brands to that equation.
And it applies now to one of the biggest social media networks in the world.

So this is a moment where we are very lucky.
So the fan pack star packs we are launching now they are the same pro mega and ultra but the only function they have at this point in time is that with pro if you have a fan pack the pro pack will double your fans.
The mega pack will five times your fans.
So if you had 50 fans and you buy a pro pack, you get 100, buy a mega, you get 250, ultra, you get 10 times, you get 500 as a starting point.
Why do we do that? Let me let me explain how it works.
This applies to all your past and future fan packs until 90 days, three months after the star the the launch week after the millions after the world record after the 1 million has.
So three months from that that meaning there is no You will have three full growth months of the game from the very beginning coming in.

So that starts tomorrow and yeah and I know Stefan always says they’re going to disappear very quickly and I think they will and what is not sold before we launch will be consumed by the fan base of the start.
So that will go very very fast.

And obviously there will be more perks coming to the star packs because you obviously we can add more things from the star sort of digital collectibles and personal messages and stuff like that.
We haven’t managed to develop all the details prior to this launch.

They will of course be part of this.
but Star Packs is for those who really now want to accelerate their revenue.

It will actually increase the value based on what our lawyers say because it will be institutional.
It will be among the top few percentage of the tokens that contain these kind of compliance and adhere to regulation.
So the same applies to what we do now.
The creator packs is there.
The creator economy is a material part of and foundational part of YouTube and TokTok and Spotify and many others.
And it’s very important that we label things properly because we will have legal compliance and we need to be compliant in order for us going forward.
We need to be in order to to sign up international clubs.
We need legal compliance everywhere especially in United States.
So there is something called NFL and obviously we are already NBA and NFL we are already in some talks for how we can do things and obviously there are regulation.
We are also I can disclose that we are also talking with regarding Formula 1 and the Gulf countries the Gulf state, Emirates, Qatar and Saudi obviously they also have regulations which is sometimes different because of their religion etc.
So so the global compliance is extremely important for us going forward.
Also our lawyers say okay Andreas what you did in 22 23 whatever it’s okay if there was um if there was something that was the at that point in time was not fully compliant with what is today because obviously things are changing as far as you mention it and say state this is discontinued it’s okay it’s good so let’s move, so that’s I’m really looking at the token listing because I know a lot of you asking about it.
So I didn’t want to talk so much about it today because it comes a little bit after you have the dessert after the main course normally.

There are certain formulas you can Google and you will see that we have a big tab that we are covering already now we are in the in the testing environment load balancing yeah we’re doing stuff so there’s a lot of cool things that one of the best things with this partnership with biplus is the technology because we get into that technology I mean the company is valued at $500 billion okay that that’s bite dance that’s of course, the TokTok users and everything, but their technology stack is one of the most progressive in the world is tested.
You can’t complain anything.
They have 2.7 billion daily users.
You can’t kind of say it’s not working.
They are out competing Amazon on shopping.
There a lot of cool things coming there and they’re working fast.
The Chinese, they’re very fast, very fast.
And obviously we have some but they don’t have the football culture.
That that’s that’s a little bit of difference between how Europeans think football and sort of South Americans and the Chinese kind of aggressive short-term culture and we are merging the best of both worlds.
So that that’s amazing.
It’s a powerhouse.

So, the two takeaways here for me tonight was the progressive paying a dollar, you know, for a week to play, you know, and and going to five and so on.
I think that’s really so good.
Okay.
I think that’s amazing to maximise that.
When I developed that ladder, I was like, okay, should we be kind or should we be we need to be balanced? But but you know the number of prizes you have to look when we put the number of prizes on top here million prizes every week you have people playing for three four you have people playing six hours a day 10 hours those people they will have to pay not just harvesting prizes and in order to come to the leaderboard of a day or a week now you need to play a lot a lot more than before because it comes much more competition coming in.
So obviously you need to play more and then you win more and then you need to reinvest some of your money and it’s only it’s only the kind of getting people in there and we want people I think we’re going to have I’m a little bit curious about the legend pack.
I done price sensitivity analysis on this and I think in UK you will have a lot of people opting for that and we want people to make playing SuperOne a very instrumental part of their daily life.
And it is I mean people you know and in certain circles they go to work in their football jerseys they they go to the matches they watch it again and again.
And another thing we haven’t really talked about is we we work with some of the biggest clubs and we are very close on several of them and the archives these clubs have they are institution.
One club offered us a million photos from the archive to create questions and they have their own museum.
So obviously it’s crazy.
I mean I was not too long ago in another museum from a certain star and there are collectibles that never been public made public that we are able to work with on the digitalisation route.
So there are so many good opportunities coming now and the company we work with when it comes to motion capture is one of the best in the world and I can tell you we are into a partnership now with one of the really truly best guys in digital replication or twins.
He’s done one of the most famous Hollywood stars and it was a very big thing a couple of years ago without naming without naming but we have signing too much NDAs you know these days there are too much agreements too much lawyers in between us and the reality we would love to tell you much more but then is there will be no news when it’s coming I think many of you already know who we’re dealing with so if I know how the the gossip is traveling, I’m not afraid of that.
We haven’t said a word.
We are bound by certain covenants in the agreement and u and we would like the the the go public moment to be something special.

And the star packs, I mean, that just multiplies the amount of fans we’re going to get, and I think that’s that’s brilliant.

the star pack is something really big.

I know we as you know Stian we have a drone program going on because we also replicated this with 10,000 drones and if we are to do a physical event the whole building will be artificially constructed outdoor in a very famous place by 10,000 drones and I have designed the building a cylindric so every cylinder has a radius of 15 m and a diameter of 30 and it’s 100 m high.
So every cylinder goes like this and then it shrinks 10%.
And then it goes to next next next next.
So each each floor you can sort of each 100 meter of the building will shrink and we are using the FIFA five size balls golden balls five size and we are able to build is the building is constructed to contain the footballs.
So the more footballs that dropped into the building, the taller the building will be and every section will be lifted by 10,000 drones.
That will happen virtually and it will happen potentially physically if everything goes into that plate and it will lift it.
There are 20 floors of 100 m 2,000 m.
From that point we have a five meter cylinder that will be the spire that will continue for kilometres if necessary.
So we are able to accommodate this up to three, four, five, 10 kilometres.
But the reality is that I think we will end up somewhere between 1,000 and 2,000 meter hopefully around 1500.
I think that’s 75 million balls approximately.
The way we constructed it is a 22 cm standard FIFA ball.
And those golden balls going to come down engraved with the top height with the world record and stamped by Guinness World Record and of course signature of the Star.
So this is super cool.
So now you’re more than a fan.
Now you’re part of owning be part of of owning the building.
Just to say here so people understand now we haven’t started.

So that kind of nurturing the long-term cultural relationship with the fans is something the clubs and the stars cannot do today.
Why? They can only talk to them by pushing stuff on Instagram.
There is no return channel.

So, this is what we are fixing in the economy and we have become much more oriented towards that over the past year or so.
because that’s where the huge amount of money lies is the access the ownership of the fan and the clubs and the stars they don’t have that apparatus they don’t have the technology they don’t have the ability to collect that they need to use something so we become their operating system of the digital football the operating system of that so imagine if you if you had of the the old operating system.
What was the name? Yeah, Bill Gates created.
He took some money from the operating system which was a free system.
We take a little bit from all the passionate fans connecting with their club stars and brands.
Brands going to come with money and they’re going to come with fans.
I mean, McDonald’s has 100 million people on their their their social media.
They’re huge.
So, so obviously we can do that for we can have competition with brands but first now it’s football and there are other sports coming because it the same applies.
Let me tell you that we met one of the most famous Formula 1 teams in Davos couple of weeks ago and they were I said we said to them you’re earning less than 1% digital.
How do you know that? They said we want to speak with you because this is the the whole thing and um and we have basketball coming to Europe now.
MLS coming to Europe.
There’s a lot of things happening.
So let’s be there and catch the fans.
Let’s not think too big.
Let’s concentrate on these 20 markets and even the top five the top five markets we can bring 100 million fans.
We don’t need all of them.
We’re going to be in we’re gonna be we’re going to be everywhere.
But and look, you know what you said right at the beginning, Andreas, that you have a solution and you know and when you when you have a solution for for something and this is connecting stars and connecting clubs to their fan base and monetizing their fan base, which they haven’t been able to do.
When you help them make money, we can’t help but make money as well.
