Lessons in Love: Lesson Four

All scriptures are revealed by The Holy Spirit.

When we speak The Holy Word of God with the Spirit of God we have a sword. The sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: Eph 6:17

For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Heb 4:12

It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. John 6:63

This supernatural sword can go where your five senses of see, hear, touch, taste and smell cannot go.

It is only by the reflection of the spiritual mirror of the word of God in The Holy Bible that reveals the answers to the thoughts and intentions of our own hearts. READ James 1:23-25

It is impossible for us to know our spirit or the Spirit of God in our own mind and soul with just our five senses of see, hear, feel, taste and smell. READ 1Cor 2:14

It can never be revealed by our own genetic inheritance, popularity, power, level of intelligence, amount of worldly knowledge, human wisdom, self-will, physical emotions, any amount of money, or anything you have done!

Maybe, for various reasons, you have decided in your heart to set your own rules and regulations about how to live, and how others should live by your rules. READ Matt 26:3-4

Maybe, your heart is like the time when Jesus was being crucified on the cross along with two others who were also being crucified. One was angry and mocked Jesus and the other was humble and respected Jesus. READ Luke 23:39-43

Maybe, your heart is like Paul who believed he was doing right in the sight of God by signing the death warrants of Christians. And, was shocked when God revealed himself as Jesus Christ. READ Acts 22:5-10

Or similarly like the Roman soldier who was involved with the crucifixion of Jesus and observed that ‘Jesus truly was the Son of God. READ Matt 27:54

Or maybe, your heart is like one of the twelve disciples whom out of the abundance of their carnal hearts manifested deception, greed, betrayal, doubt, unbelief, impulsiveness, denial, and many others.

Who knows?
You can’t physically know if you are deceived or not. That’s why it is called deception!

This is why you need the spiritual mirror of The Word of God; the free gift of Salvation; and the person of The Holy Spirit to help you.

What does a Christian look and act like?

Please let me ask you: When you think of a Christian, what do you see?

Do you see a generous person walking in the abundance of love, joy, peace, patience, gentleness, goodness, faithfulness, meekness, temperance, righteousness and truth? With forgiveness, divine health, abundant and eternal life, living in God’s acceptance and manifesting the glory of God?

The word says: This is the manifesting fruit, gifts and blessings of walking in the born-again Spirit of God available to you and me for today!

Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. Matt 7:20

Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. Matt 5:14-16

How would you like to receive this light with all the fullness of God and start your walk with Him in His Spirit today, every day, and forever?

And have inside access to all the gifts including His wisdom, divine healing, true future knowledge of things to come. And an abundant supply of His pure true love because ‘God is love’. With unspeakable joy and His peace that surpasses all understanding.

It’s not too good to be true. It’s better than good and it is the gospel truth. It’s Good news!

The knowledge of His Word will enable you to know personal hidden secrets about the kingdom of God. And, to let His power flow through you to enable the broken-hearted to be restored, loved and accepted; for the blind to see; the lame to walk; the ashamed cleansed; the deaf to hear; the dead to be raised; and for the poor to hear the good news and receive a practical blessing; and so much more!

  1. I have learnt from lesson 4 that God’s Word is powerful than any other weapon on Earth.
It’s also the source of all wisdom, one can have on Earth.
It’s also the source of light that when you have God’s Word you will shine in the darkness of this world.
